Who you buy from

What you buy

An event page costs €99 excluding VAT, paid once. It gives you one badge page at your own gotmybadge.com address for unlimited attendees, without a watermark, for twelve months from purchase. You set it up and can change it yourself; we don't review or edit it. If you need it longer, ask.

Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe charges you, applies the correct VAT for your country and issues the receipt. That is why Stripe's checkout shows Karthik Mahadevan B.V. as the seller.

If the page isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full.

Custom work (your own artwork, domain, extra fields) is quoted per project and agreed by email.

Privacy

Attendee photos

Attendees' photos never leave their device. The badge is composed in their browser; nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else. We only count how many badges a page produces (a number, no personal data).

What we store about organizers

When you buy a page we keep what is needed to run it: your email address, the badge you configured (name, date, place, colours, logo) and the Stripe order reference. We use these to publish your page, to email you its links, and to answer you. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Your page and its configuration are kept for the twelve months it is live, and for up to a year afterwards in case you want to extend. Email us to have it removed sooner.

Services we rely on

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics), Upstash (database, Frankfurt) and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

None for tracking. The site uses your browser's storage only to remember small things like which sample badge you last saw.
